What we'll look for

When we do start hiring, we'll be looking for people who care about the details — engineers who think about the AI pipeline end-to-end (prompt understanding through safety checks to rendering), designers who sweat responsive layouts and real accessibility, and people who understand that creators are the actual customer, not an afterthought.
