These Terms govern your use of LUMORA AI. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

Using LUMORA AI

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use LUMORA AI. You're responsible for the security of your account and everything that happens under it.

Your content

You retain ownership of prompts you write and content you upload. Subject to these Terms, you own the rights to content you generate using LUMORA AI, to the extent permitted by law — AI-generated content ownership varies by jurisdiction and is evolving; we'll keep this section current as the law does.

Prohibited uses

  • Generating content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Attempting to bypass safety filters or moderation systems.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling access to the platform without permission.
  • Using the platform to impersonate real people without consent.

Credits & billing

LUMORA AI runs on credits, not subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your full card details. Credits are added to your balance as soon as payment is confirmed and do not expire. All credit purchases are final — we do not issue monetary refunds once a payment is completed. Separately, credits are deducted only when a generation actually starts: if a generation fails on our end, the credits it would have cost are simply never taken (or are restored to your balance if already deducted) — this is a balance correction, not a monetary refund, and only applies to generations that fail on our side, not to ones you're merely unhappy with.

Welcome bonus

New accounts receive a one-time 100-credit welcome bonus after verifying their email address. This bonus is limited to one per physical device, regardless of how many separate accounts are created or deleted from that device — we use a persistent device identifier to enforce this, and it is not reset by deleting an account. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses from the same device (for example, by creating and deleting repeated accounts) is a violation of these Terms and may result in the credits being reversed and the accounts involved being suspended.

Boost

Boost lets you spend credits to request real engagement (follows, likes, comments, or views) on your own social media content from other LUMORA AI users, or earn credits by completing other users' Boost tasks. Submitted proof of completion is reviewed by an automated AI verification system — we do not guarantee any particular approval outcome, and a rejected submission earns no credits. You are solely responsible for the content you promote through Boost and for complying with the terms of service of whatever social media platform your task targets; LUMORA AI is not affiliated with and does not guarantee compliance with any third-party platform's rules. Using Boost to promote illegal, harmful, or otherwise Prohibited content (see above) is not allowed.

Referral program

Registered users can share a personal referral link. When someone registers using your link and later purchases credits, you earn a commission (currently 10-15%, depending on how many paying referrals you have) in the form of withdrawable credits. Commission rates, tiers, and eligibility rules may change at any time; we'll always honor commissions already earned under the rules in effect when a purchase happened. Referral fraud — including self-referral, fake accounts, or incentivizing signups through misleading claims — voids any commission earned and may result in account suspension.

Template Marketplace

Any user can create and publish a prompt template for sale to other users, subject to admin review before it goes live. As a template author, you set your own price (within platform-set minimum/maximum bounds), keep 70% of every sale as withdrawable credits, and are responsible for ensuring your template's content complies with these Terms — we may reject, unlist, or remove any template at our discretion, including after it has already been published. Buying a template grants you a license to use its underlying prompt and parameters within LUMORA AI; it does not transfer ownership of the template itself, and templates may not be resold or redistributed outside the platform. Template purchases, like credit purchases, are final.

Wallet & withdrawals

Credits earned through Boost, referrals, or template sales (never credits you purchased or received as a free/welcome bonus) can be withdrawn to a verified Nigerian bank account through your Wallet, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount and standard processing review. We reserve the right to delay, request additional verification for, or decline a withdrawal we reasonably believe is connected to fraud, abuse of the referral or Boost systems, or a violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using LUMORA AI and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

LUMORA AI is provided "as is." AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or require review before use — you're responsible for how you use generated content.
